QLAB MEMBERSHIP

Pillars of QLAB - These are the values of the Quit Like A Badass group membership:

  1. Be gentle with yourself - you need to prioritise looking after you, as best as you are able.

  2. When in doubt, breathe out (+ add in somatic movement). This pillar is about checking in with your body – this is essential.

  3. You always have the QLAB community (reach out - that’s what we’re here for!)

  4. Gratitude practice (science backed) - and it helps all of us!

  5. Celebrate your wins! This alcohol free journey is not linear - having people who ‘get it’ to to support you with your wins is crucial !

What you receive:

  • Small group coaching calls, 1 hour (Bi-weekly) (Value $200)

  • Sleep Q&A with Dr Michael Gradisar – 30 min, once per month (Value $110)

  • One Yin Yoga + healing online class (Value $85)

  • Monthly themes and topics (eg, compassion, yoga, sleep, inner child healing)

  • Group Community Support - in a small group setting (Value $99)

Value: $494 (per month)

Cost: $39/mo or $420/year (includes 10% discount)

The QLAB membership is your monthly dose of support, connection, and inspiration.

Each element is designed to help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident on your alcohol-free journey - from expert guidance on sleep (because good sleep changes everything!) to powerful coaching calls, calming Yin yoga sessions, monthly themes that keep you inspired, and a nurturing community of women who truly get it. You don’t have to do this alone - and inside, you’ll discover just how good life can feel.

This is legacy membership pricing

When we reach 15 new members, the group will close for a period of time and re-open again in the future, along with a small price increase. This is so we keep our QLAB group small, intimate and super supportive! As I am part of a team of two – we want this support to be affordable and accessible for whoever needs it - while also managing our own sanity and workloads! And if you are anything like me, I used to spend $125 per WEEK (yikes) on alcohol way back in 2017. That was over $500 per month (add 8 years of price increases and it would be way more!). I think it is truly necessary to put energy, time and money into our own healing and growth – just as I have done since 2018.
