Yin Yoga & Healing


Yin Yoga specifically targets the fascia in our body.

Our fascial network is found throughout our body (it’s a web-like connective tissue that surrounds every muscle, bone, nerve, organ, and blood vessel). It’s essentially the fabric that holds you and me together!

Releasing tension in our fascia through Yin Yoga is important for improving flexibility, joint health and mobility and it supports overall well-being.

And in doing this, Yin can help to process our ‘stuck’ emotions.
