What is the QLAB: Women’s Circle?
It’s a time for us to come together to Breathe. Move. Restore.
The in-person and online ‘Women’s Circle’ is designed to help us pause, exhale and reconnect with ourselves and our bodies at the end of each month. This one hour class is a space to slow down, release stress and nurture your body and mind through gentle, nervous system regulation practices.
Each Women’s circle will include:
Breathwork to settle your nervous system and quiet your mind.
Somatic yoga + mindful movement to release stress and tension that can be held in the body - and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.
Guided meditation to restore calm and clarity.
Brief journaling and reflection - creating a personal mantra and setting an intention for how you’ll care for your body in the month ahead.
(*No experience is needed - simply come as you are!)

Come as you are. Leave grounded, spacious, and reconnected to your inner rhythm - ready to move into the next month with more calm and intention.
Once you’re booked in, simply bring yourself, in comfortable clothing, bring a journal & pen, a yoga mat and an open heart!
