What is Root Cause Therapy?

Root Cause Therapy is a powerful healing approach -

It gently works with the subconscious mind to get to the heart of healing trauma, limiting beliefs, and repeating patterns. Many of the ways we think and behave don’t come from us alone – they can be shaped by early experiences or even passed down through generations (known as transgenerational trauma).

Rather than just managing the surface symptoms, Root Cause Therapy (RCT) helps uncover where these limiting beliefs and repeating patterns began, often in childhood or early development. With compassion and curiosity, we revisit these moments so the emotions that were once overwhelming can finally be understood, felt, and released.

This process brings a deep sense of relief and clarity -

Old stories and protective behaviours that no longer serve you begin to dissolve, creating space for new choices and new ways of being. Root Cause Therapy is ultimately about giving you back your power – so you can live with more freedom, authenticity, and confidence in who you are.

These sessions are booked in either 4 or 6 blocks of coaching appointments online. The initial Root Cause Therapy appointment can be up to 2 hours as there is a significant intake form, and we discuss your main goals for treatment. The subsequent sessions are up to 90 min each.
